1. Software License (Open Source Access)

Unless otherwise stated, all scripts provided on ProScriptStack are licensed under a permissive model. You are granted a non-exclusive right to use, modify, and deploy these scripts for personal or commercial business use, provided that:

You do not redistribute the raw source code for sale.
You acknowledge that the software is provided "as-is" without warranty.

2. User Responsibility & Data Governance

Users are responsible for the configuration of their own "Cloud Backends" (Google Apps Script). ProScriptStack provides the interface but does not manage your private Google Sheets data. You agree not to use our tools for any illegal activity or to process data in violation of local privacy laws.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProScriptStack or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools on our Site.
